Women Cook is coming to New York as part of their tri-state visiting tour, and making a stop in Forest Hills, Queens!

Women Cook is an Israeli social initiative established in 2006 in order to help women from the periphery and from disadvantaged communities create a source of employment and a livelihood and thus improve their financial and social position. This group of women represent the colorful ethnic culinary mosaic of the Jewish people, bringing a wide variety of ethnic cultures. The colorful variety of the Jewish people will be reflected by the composition of the group.

The event will be set up as a vibrant multiethnic market with culinary booths from various ethnic kitchens including: Bukharian, Kurdish, Yemenite, Ethiopian, Moroccan, and more!

Come enjoy an evening of food, music, dancing and celebrating various Jewish ethnicities and cultures.

*This event is glatt kosher* *Tickets must be purchased in advance for entry to event*
