Terrazza Tiberio Restaurant – traditional and kosher cuisine

 

Terrazza Tiberio restaurant hosts up to 80 seating distributed between the indoor contemporary- chic  lounge and the splendid terrace overlooking the Southern part of the island. The cuisine has a strong regional and Mediterranean identity, featuring a selection of local traditional dishes based on quality and seasonal ingredients.

An “à la carte” kosher dishes, certified by the Orthodox Union, is offered in a reserved area of the indoor lounge, proposing a blend between the typical kosher tradition and local ingredients, for Jewish guests.

Each dish is prepared according to the prescriptions of the Jewish religion and guaranteed by strict rabbinical control, to ensure both compliance with prescription of religious law on nutrition, freshness, quality and perfumes.
