KING DAVID HOTEL EXECUTIVE CHEF NAMED ISRAEL’S “CHEF OF THE YEAR” BY GAULT & MILLAU
Dan Hotels’ David “Dudu” Biton, the executive chef of the iconic King David Hotel in Jerusalem, was named Israel’s “Chef of the Year” by coveted French food guide, Gault & Millau.
