NYJTG have complete discretion to modify or remove any part of this site without warning or liability arising from such action.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

NYJTG will under no circumstance be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages including any loss of business, revenue, profits, or data in relation to your use of the Website.

Nothing within this Agreement will operate to exclude any liability for death or personal injury arising as result of the negligence of NYJTG, it’s employees or agents.

Email blast Campaign: As company policy we do NOT provide any statistical report on any eblast campaign. NO EXCEPTION

COPYRIGHT

All intellectual property of NYJTG such as trademarks, trade names, patents, registered designs and any other automatic intellectual property rights derived from the aesthetics or functionality of the Website remain the property of NYJTG.

By using the Website you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of NYJTG and will refrain from copying, downloading, transmitting, reproducing, printing, or exploiting for commercial purpose any material contained within the Website.

It is the responsibility of all advertisers to ensure that all images supplied to New York Jewish Travel Guide for use on Adverts and/or Feature Pages, are free of copyright OR have permission to be used.

If New York Jewish Travel Guide receives a copyright infringement notice and is required to pay damages for the use of copyrighted images on page, advert or a photo supplied by an advertiser then the advertiser will be responsible to handle this notice and/or claim directly and the advertiser will be liable in full for all and any damages that are liable to be paid should this arise. If New York Jewish Travel Guide is required to pay any damages, then the advertiser who provided the images will be required to reimburse New York Jewish Travel Guide in full within two weeks for this same amount.

All images provided to NYJTG for use by the client, must either be license free or with permission of the license holder. If New York Jewish Travel Guide is fined for using a licensed image provided by you, we will charge you for the fine and any associated fees.
